Writing a #1 New Release on Amazon called: One Rental at a Time was a lot of fun as it was the culmination of 15 years of sacrifice and hard work. However, after completing the book I began to get restless as I knew I had to do more to help people get started like we did all those years ago.
The Book has been a great platform to share knowledge and inspire people to believe they to can take steps to a better future via Long Term Buy and Hold Real Estate.
Nonetheless, I have been left with the idea that I need to do more. This likely comes from all the requests for "Coffee" or "Lunch" which is very flattering but also could become a problem if left unchecked.
Not one to ever be satisfied I have come to realize that I need to get really myopic and share the real work we did in the beginning to get comfortable in a market we did not know, in an asset class we did not know and how to build out virtual teams that did not report to us.
To that end I have created this Free Course to start that process as I look to generate a $99 course that includes the detailed road map and specific actions we did during those first critical years. I will share data in various formats but always go into the details and work we executed. Like the book and YouTube Channel I can only share our story and no one else's and thus you will see exactly what we did as a guide or road map to our journey.
In the end Success leaves Clues and I want to highlight all of them for you.

I know what it is like to work a crazy full time job, have growing family responsibilities and still find time to start investing in rental properties. I am not here to tell you it is easy as it takes work but I don't want you to think it is hard either.
I believe everyone changes their financial future by buying just "four" Rental Properties and if you want more rentals after that great, but getting to four rental properties is life changing and a great goal for us to work on together
In the end I started with no system, no special access, no huge pile of cash, started in a market I had never been to and yet I built a portfolio of rentals one property at a time and I know you can to.
